As Owner’s Project Manager for the renovation, Lamoureux Pagano Associates will be engaged in both the planning and oversight of the project until final completion. The Town Hall, which was built in 1887, has not been updated since the 1970’s. The completed project will increase the functionality of the building, upgrade its electrical and heating systems, and bring it into compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act – all while preserving its historic beauty.
