Lamoureux Pagano was selected by the Town of Sturbridge, MA as the OPM for a Massachusetts School Building Authority administered feasibility study, schematic design and construction of Prek-6 elementary school occupied phased addition and renovation project.

  • Chair building committee meetings
  • Prepare monthly warrant
  • Monitor schedule, quality and budget
  • Value engineering
  • Clerk of the works

  • Review and tracking of RFI’s submittals, CCD’s ASI’s CO’s, payment applications review

Significant LPA contributions include:

  • National Grid rebates totaling $80,000
  • Design document review resulted in early PCB removal, saving the owner time and money
