At Lamoureux Pagano Associates, we offer a full spectrum of architectural services. These include master planning, building design, and the project management that ensures success at every stage of the process—from initial consulting through the design stage and the construction process to occupancy.
We are known for a diverse portfolio that includes award-winning new buildings and historic preservation projects, as well as the adaptive reuse of significant structures, and renovations and additions to existing buildings. Our portfolio includes projects for both the public and private sectors – business and industry, K-12 public and private schools, colleges and universities, religious and nonprofit organizations, and recreational facilities. Our expertise includes a broad array of project delivery methods – including public bidding, design build, and construction management at risk.
From our first conversation about needs and objectives through the ribbon cutting ceremony, our clients are an essential part of the process. And our principals and other members of the LPA team are fully engaged during every phase—from early discussions of design options to the successful completion and occupancy of the building.
Our design philosophy considers sustainable design an integral part of every project. Throughout our firm’s history, we have advocated the use of green technology—incorporating passive solar and other innovative energy-saving systems into our designs. We begin by exploring the unique sustainable design opportunities for each project based on site and program features. We engage all participants, obtaining input from our LEED accredited professionals, consulting engineers, facilities managers, user groups and other stakeholders. Then we select the sustainable elements that will pay dividends long after the project is completed.
Over the years, LPA has received numerous architectural design awards. But our greatest satisfaction comes from designing buildings that exceed the expectations of our clients.
